Most frequently asked questions and answers. I think. This is really based off of assumptions of what I THINK you're gonna ask, but if you have other questions, just reach out.

What is YOUr warranty policy?

Every Turtle PCs system is professionally assembled, stress-tested, and validated before shipment to ensure reliable performance from day one.

Functional Guarantee (3 Days)

All systems include a 3-day functional guarantee beginning on the delivery date. This allows you to confirm the PC arrives fully operational. If a hardware issue is discovered during this period, we will repair, replace, or refund the system at no cost to you.

If the system is confirmed to be non-functional, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Hardware Warranty Coverage

Because Turtle PCs systems may include a combination of new and professionally tested pre-owned components, warranty coverage is structured as follows:

• New Components — 1 Year Warranty  

Newly installed hardware components are covered against hardware failure for one year from the delivery date.

• Pre-Owned Components — 30 Day Warranty  

Pre-owned components are fully tested prior to installation and are covered against hardware failure for 30 days from delivery.

This warranty covers hardware failure under normal use and does not include accidental damage, misuse, software issues, or user modifications.

Returns

If you decide the PC is not the right fit, returns are accepted within the 3-day functional guarantee window. Original shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to cover handling and processing.

Support

Direct builder support is always available if you need help with setup, configuration, or troubleshooting.

What if the PC arrives physically damaged?

We’ve got you covered. We ship all of our PCs with added shipping insurance for the full value of your order. If this happens, we will absolutely refund you/replace the PC, but we’ll need your assistance to file a claim with the shipping company.

Do you do custom builds?

We absolutely do. If there’s anything specific that you want, just reach out to us via our contact form and we’ll give you a quote ASAP. We’ll usually respond to you within 3 hours.

What if I place an order by mistake?

How the hell did you do that? Reach out to us as soon as you can. We’ll deduct 4% of the order total to offset the fees that we pay, but we’ll refund you the other 96%.

How do you know the PC works before you ship it?

We stress test all of our PCs before we sell them via benchmark tools and games. We’ll generally play one title that’s intense on the system to ensure that everything operates as it should in a real-world setting.
