Most frequently asked questions and answers
We offer a 3 day warranty for you to make sure your new PC is fully functional. If there’s something wrong, we will happily repair, replace, or refund your order. In the event that the PC is non-functional, we’ll need you to ship the PC back, but we will pay for the shipping.
If you decide that you just don’t want the PC, we’ll take it back, but we’ll deduct the shipping cost + 10% of your order for a restocking fee.
We’ve got you covered. We ship all of our PCs with added shipping insurance for the full value of your order. If this happens, we will absolutely refund you/replace the PC, but we’ll need your assistance to file a claim with the shipping company.
We take custom orders, so if there’s anything specific that you want, just reach out to us via our contact form and we’ll give you a quote ASAP. We’ll usually respond to you within 3 hours.
Reach out to us as soon as you can. We’ll deduct 4% of the order total to offset the fees that we pay, but we’ll refund you the other 96%.
We stress test all of our PCs before we sell them via benchmark tools and games. We’ll generally play one title that’s intense on the system to ensure that everything operates as it should in a real-world setting.
